About this apartment rental


Newly remodeled condo close to everything. Walk to beach, grocery, the Dunes, downtown. New stainless steel kitchen with blender, all cooking needs, and condiments. Condo is on ground floor, w 2 bedrooms (queen beds) & sofa-queen memory foam sleeper, 1 full bath with xlarge washer/dryer. Out your back door is a private Courtyard with deck, BBQ & grassy area (pets ok) surrounded by lush landscape. CLEAN. Rent bikes, buy beach supplies or coffee just a 3 minute walk across the street. Iconic Root Beer Barrel steps away. Pet Fee $95 per pet. Large common grassy area for kids & pet waste station. Wood burning fire pit.

Rob is an excellent host, the condo is very clean and stocked with plenty of kitchen items. The location is excellent, walking distance to downtown Douglas, and interurban rides into saugatuck. This is my second stay at this location, and I hope to stay again.

Quiet visit after Labor Day, clean, perfectly located condo, no need to get into car, brought my bike to explore everything. It was difficult to depart! Would love to spend the winter there.

Wonderful condo with a lot of special touches - nightlight in bathroom, motion activated under cabinet lights kitchen, amazing washer/dryer, fenced courtyard for the fur baby. Great in town location location with ample parking.
