New luxury condo just can’t be beat! With a clean and bright contemporary feel this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property is within walking distance of both downtown Saugatuck & downtown Douglas and just steps away from water access perfect for fishing from the banks or dropping in a kayak. The main level offers an open concept kitchen/dining/living space which opens up to the expansive deck overlooking the harbor. The second level features a master bedroom with en suite bathroom as well as two additional bedrooms & full bathroom. The lower level features even more living space with a comfortable family room with pull-out sofa. This comfortable condo offers plenty of space for your group to relax & recharge!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Perfect location between Douglas and Saugatuck, able to walk to Red Dock. We stayed with kids, parents, and grandparents, and the 3-floor setup was great for us. Would echo what others have said about people who have issues with stairs, but this is not an issue for us. Beautiful balcony to see the sunset. Garage game room was a great bonus for our kids! Would love to stay here again.

This townhome is spacious and comfortable, modern new construction, with an incredible view and central location. We watched the fireworks from the balcony, walked to Saugatuck or Douglas towns very easily, and had everything we wanted for a great stay!

While the condo is clean, the view is not as advertised online. The construction of a new condo is blocking the as advertised. The construction crew starts at 8am on Saturday, unfortunately the noise disrupts any attempt to use the patio. The neighboring condo is a rental and the noise from their guitar and sax patio party lasted until 2am. We are a fun loving group ourselves but we respect our neighbors peace and would’ve taken it indoors. The location is great for Saugatuck, Douglas and Holland. The Host forgot to greet us, good thing we had a door code in an email. She did apologize and left a number to use if we had any questions. We did attempt to reach out to her via the number- no return phone call.
The take away is- it’s clean, the location is great, don’t dirty your one allotted towel per guest (unless you want to wait on the washer and dryer to finish), expect noise and no response from the leasing agent!
