All in all it was a great stay! Communication was pretty inconsistent with the host, Sandra, during the check in process. We did have to call the numbers listed in the emails, sometimes with an answer and sometimes without. This was frustrating with not receiving the code to the house when some of our party was waiting outside the house to be let in. Sandra was very helpful & kind when there was a response. Wi-fi was not working when we checked in either. But, we got a hold of Sandra & that problem was fixed. It was spotty for the duration of the stay, & service for some of our girls did not work well. Other than those things, we had a wonderful stay. Additionally- be aware there is an additional security deposit due 2 days before of $100 that will be held during your trip. I did not know this upon booking; it was noted very small on the receipt when I went back to look for it. But, would have been helpful to know during the booking process. All in all- I would stay here again. It was on a gorgeous property, 30 min from downtown & folly beach. & with a very close grocery store.

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed. Even though it is close to a busy road, you couldn't hear the cars in the house which makes it feel like it is in the woods. Great coffee too provided! The little dog we had enjoyed running in the yard. It was perfect!

Great location, clean, gated with a privacy fence, and pet friendly with dog run and a large fenced front, sides, and back yard! Couldn’t ask for more! Oh, and did I say reasonably priced with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom with in suite bathroom and large walk in closet is on the main level with kitchen, dining, and living room. The other 2 bedrooms and bath are upstairs as is the washer and dryer. Loved our stay!!

The property was as listed and generally clean. The owner responded to questions and let us know there was an issue with the carpet from the last renter. We did not need the 3rd bedroom anyway. The yard is fully enclosed with a fence and gate which is very helpful if you travel with pets or children. There is a separate dog run area as well. It was close to Charleston but on a busy road with road noise most of the day. I found the backyard had broken glass and the owner offered to send folks out to clean it up. Overall, it was a good short stay for us and we would consider staying again. We had some issues with VRBO and getting the access code but the owner helped us enter the rental home.
