A short 10 minute drive to both Eglin and Hurlburt AFB, this unit is well taken care of. You'll enjoy the granite countertops, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and the new flooring that has been placed throughout the house. The private backyard is good for storage and leisure activities. Come check it out! The unit is part of a tri-plex, so units are pretty close together. We're sure you'll love it!
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. There will be a fee for damaged carpet and furniture.
Please take extra care of your garage key. Lost key will incur a replacement fee.
Please take care of the furnishings.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please do your own dishes. If you use it, wash it.
Trash goes out to the street in front of the home every Monday for pick up.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Please utilize a P.O. Box for mail not the home address.

We were in town visiting our son who is at Eglin AFB - it was an easy drive to base. It is not a huge place, but perfect for the three of us. Kitchen was well furnished with nice appliances. The thermostat was a bit finicky, but we figured it out. Memoryfoam beds were great. The owner was very responsive and the price was very reasonable. Would stay there again and highly recommend.
