4 minutes WALK to the capital of Roseau.

Pros: very clean, centrally located, comfortable beds, very quick responses to questions Cons: no general info left about the house. The AC requires switch in each room be turned on and thrre is a switch for the hot water outside the bathroom across the hall (but we didnt have hot water even with it on). There was an extra key in the lockbox with no explanation about what it was for. Something left in the house to explain things would have made things smoother.

My parents wanted a place to stay in Roseau that was central to family and friends. They were thoroughly satisfied with their stay and my parents were delighted with the air conditioning. The host was fabulous and very responsive. We would definitely book this place again!!!

We had a little trouble finding the place. Our welcomer, Slyvester, found us. He was an invaluable and friendly guide and took good care of us. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the utilities seem to be new. There was a welcoming basket of fruit. We did most of our food preparation in an ample kitchen. The beds were comfortable. There is a convenience store nearby open 7 to 11. The owner is friendly and responds quickly to VRBO messaging. She gave us a long list of suggested places to visit which helped us plan our trip.
