About this house rental
Highly rated. EV charging (Level 2, Tesla and J1772) included at this peaceful, centrally-located, classic 19th century Pennsylvania home. Minutes from the intersection of I-83 and Route 30 in Emigsville, Pa., yet with a rural vibe and silence of the country. Quiet neighbors, host lives next door. Kitchen, office, living, dining, three bedrooms with two queen beds and one futon double. Shaded back deck for outdoor eating. Park right in front of your door or enjoy off-street parking. Well-equipped kitchen, coffee bar with assorted teas and snacks, laundry, Adirondack chairs on front porch and outdoor dining in back. I keep you clear if it snows.

We had a great stay, there were lots of little extras the host has done to make the stay perfect which goes a long way. It was just what we needed for the of us very convenient to York and Harrisburg.

We loved our stay at Paul's place. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others. It is apparent that Paul takes pride in his place by his attention to detail. A few things we loved are bottled water in the fridge, York peppermint patties on the beds, pop tarts, hot water carafe, personal internet and door lock codes and EV charger (we got 38mph charge). It is a two-story row house with an empty field across from it. The first floor has the living area, dining area, kitchen and a reading room/office. The second floor has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a room with a futon that can be made into a bed. The stairway is steep and stairs are shallow, but this was not a problem for us. It is clean and comfortable. We were in town for a graduation in Mt. Wolf. The location was great.

Paul was a great host! He communicated all of the information I needed, and was always prompt answering the random questions I did have. My family really enjoyed their stay, especially spending time on the back patio. We will very likely stay there again

Very clean and quite residence. Our host Paul was exceptional and was available for us at any point of our stay. I would definitely stay hete again.
