About this cabin rental
Located 20 minutes west of Iron River, Michigan is a rustic getaway sure to appeal to any vacationer. Sitting in a serene setting is a completely renovated small cabin capable of sleeping up to 4 people. The modern features of the interior make this escape easy to acclimate for any duration of time. There is also easy access to the boat launch on Brule Lake which is located only 1,000 feet (4-minute walk) from the cabin.

Overall stay was good. Cute cabin truly in the middle of the woods. Beautiful area. We actually had cell service too which was a bonus. Only a couple issues. Found a dead mouse in a trap, one bedroom door doesn’t shut, and the mattress on the bottom bunk is rough. But overall the cabin was clean and everything worked. A nice retreat after a day of hiking.

Great location, very remote.
I do like the idea of "offgrid"
However wifi would have been better.
Life runs on internet and no signal to even make a call.
With wifi at least family could get a hold of you in an emergency.

Mind you, this is a great spot for fishing or bringing a boat, but arrive late, flashlight lox box, walk in to see dead flies all over the windows and mouse traps/glue traps in every corner, find two caught, wondering if others were near, and heat was set too low.
