It was clean. it does need more some amenities that I did relay to rental company. It really needs to have beach service included with rental.

The property was very clean but a bit dated. The patio furniture had 6 chairs and 3 were already broken when we arrived. The three remaining patio chairs were in disrepair and not very comfortable. The location and the building were very well maintained and the beach views and access was amazing. Overall a great experience.
