This unit has a magnificent Gulf front view so you may enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your private balcony. Located on the fourth floor, this one bedroom, two bathroom condominium features a spectacular seascape view of the Gulf of Mexico. Furnished with a King bed in the master suite, two bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, the condominium accommodates up to six guests. A fully-equipped kitchen provides everything necessary to prepare home-cooked meals when you are not dining out in one of the popular local restaurants. For your entertainment, this condominium also comes with a 2 TVs 2 DVD’s, a VCR, and a CD stereo system. You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.
Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Affordable space with breath taking views. Location and access to the beach is wonderful for a family with small children. If your looking for a place to lay your head between your time enjoying the sand and sun, look no further.

Room appeared clean upon first glance walking in. However, there was many hairs in the shower making me assume it had not been cleaned. There was sand and dirt all over the floors from prior tenants. Dishes in the cabinet had stuck food on them so had to wash them prior to using. Tvs only had cable or vcr/dvd. No ability to watch streaming on the tvs. Otherwise, location was nice.
