About this space:
A home away from home for 2-3 families. Let our single-family home be your ideal vacation home for skiing/snowboarding/tubing and lake/outdoor activities. Home comes fully furnished with linens, bath towels and toiletries included. Ok The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities you need to prepare a meal. You can relax in either of our two living spaces. Enjoy the amazing hot tub, shuffleboard, cornhole, foosball, axe throwing and ping-pong. We also have 8 TV’s (2 w/ cable, all accessible to streaming services) as well as 8 passes to Boulder Lake Club for seasonal access! The entrance to Big Boulder Mountain ski area is literally walking distance and access to the lake is less than a 1/2 mile down the road. We are located in the closest development to Big Boulder Mountain and are close in proximity to several other ski areas, Jim Thorpe, excellent golf courses, Pocono Raceway, Camelbeach, H2Ooooooo and Split Rock water parks as well as fishing, hunting, white-water rafting and much, much more!

Second living space, great for kids to hang out, connect gaming devices (Play Station 2 provided). Couch has a full-size sofa-bed for added flexibility

Bedroom 4/Gameroom: Twin daybed with trundle, foosball and shuffleboard
Laundry Room: Washer, Dryer, ironing board, iron, sink

Linens/towels for each guest, complimentary toiletries (hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner) as well as a limited amount of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, dish soap.
Boulder Lake Club: Sandy beach, in-ground adult and kiddie pools, swim-out platform, boat rentals (canoes, kayaks, sailboats), tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, bocce ball. (Open Memorial Day to mid-September). Free access for up to 8 guests.
Parking: Driveway (2-4 vehicles), overflow parking available (2 parking passes provided, first-come first-served). On-street parking is not allowed.

If your looking for a place to stay in the pocono area, this is it. Quick responses by the owner, driving distance to alot of things. If your looking for somewhere to relax the house is stocked with tons of games and tvs and space to do so. Would highly recommend!

The hosts were amazing. They literally had everything that you would “typically forget”. My kids loved the game room, garage and hot tub. We were able to feel at home away from home.

House was clean and we all felt right at home. Kids remained entertained throughout our stay and the hot tub was great to relax in! Highly recommend!!
