This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

My family and I had a greatl time staying at this house. Unfortunately, the hot tub jets were not working, but everything else was wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Had a wonderful time, house was clean, walkway to front door and driveway were shoveled (there had been significant snowfall the morning of the checkin day). No complaints, and check in process was easy.

Our family of nine,ages 7-82 were very comfortable in this lovely,spacious and very clean home. The kids loved the game room, especially the video games. The tables inside and on the deck could have been larger to accommodate our family. The amenities at the lake were fun for all of us. AvantStay was very responsive to issues that we were concerned about and addressed them in a timely manner. Yes, we would rent this home again for our family vacation.
