Loved the location on Table Rock Lake and the proximity to Branson, without the Branson hassle. The amenities are small but we didn’t plan on spending waking hours there. Loved the keyless entry. The parking is shared with surrounding guests and “sharing” the parking spaces wasn’t always ideal. There was only 1 mirror in the room (in the bathroom) and there isn’t a fan in the bathroom, so doing hair and makeup with a mirror that was always fogged wasn’t ideal. Also the TV remote controlled the fireplace as well, so changing the channel also turned on the fireplace, changing channels was also turning on and off the fireplace with each click on the button. The property was well kept and quiet. We misunderstood the listing as the boat parking use of the ramp wasn’t included in price.

This property is pretty small but has everything you need other than you might want to bring extra fans since the one AC unit doesn’t push too much air into the bedrooms. The bedroom walls don’t go all the way up to the ceiling which is good to know when bringing infants with you for sound and light purposes.

It wasn’t bad but maybe needs to be portrayed as a smaller venue.. Definitely just for a couple.. The AC did not keep up, and NO ceiling fans.. They did provide a small table fan, was so grateful for.. I liked the place and location was perfect..
