Welcome to 17376 Lively Lane – your perfect family getaway just outside of Sunriver! Nestled on a spacious, private 10-acre partially fenced lot, this charming home offers the perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and relaxation for making memories with loved ones.

Lively Lane was the ideal summer retreat for our family of four. The beautifully decorated home is spacious, the kitchen equipped to make many meals, the bedrooms super comfy, and its location near Sunriver Resort and a very short drive to Bend made it a perfect starting point for all our outdoor activities and eating out. We can’t wait to go back and experience Bend in the winter.

This is an amazing house for relaxing in the woods with plenty of amenities. The house has everything you need. Sunriver and downtown Bend are a quick drive away, but we often enjoyed the outdoor space at the house. Our daughter and dog loved running around the fenced yard. Occasionally we'd see elk roaming the property. In the evenings we enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. It's also great for stargazing on a clear night. It's very quiet and peaceful so everyone slept well in the comfy beds. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful home to base all your activities or host friends and family! It has everything you need down to the gourmet kitchen, super comfy beds and cozy fireplace, den/play space for kiddos, along with a private natural setting and tranquility found in the awesome hot tub.

this house is so spacious and clean! it's elegantly decorated yet super comfortable as well. 2 totally fenced yards, and an absolutely pristine hot tub. elk even came wandering up the driveway! this is our favorite house, and we look forward to many future visits.
