Detached 172 m² house with geothermal underfloor heating, all-inclusive package.

living room with wood-burning stove and double sofa bed,
fully equipped central kitchen (Cook food processor, Smeg range cooker, basic groceries and small freezer compartment),
dining room with television and French doors opening onto south and west-facing terraces.
Bathroom with toilet, separate shower and laundry area.
- First floor:
bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and a cot,
bedroom with four 90 x 190 cm single beds, two of which can be joined together, and an adjoining playroom,
bathroom with corner bathtub and large walk-in shower (multi-jets: rain, fountain, etc.),
separate toilet.
Bed linen, household linen, towels and bathrobes provided for 6 people.
Private, unfenced garden of 2300 m² with a wood-fired hot tub, lounge area, sun loungers and a griddle, badminton, pétanque, and shuffleboard.
Games room with a pool table. Mini-farm. A beautiful, spacious, and comfortable house where you'll want for nothing! The Macé family has created the Gîte des Sabots on their 1.7-hectare property and will introduce you to their small animal park with a donkey, pony, goats, sheep, and rabbits. It's a perfect spot for families (small, unfenced pond nearby), located at the end of a lane, a few hundred meters from the Château de La Motte Fouquet. The spa town of Bagnoles de l'Orne is 12 km away.
