Vacation Rental 1 can accommodate up to 6 adults and one toddler up to 3 years old. It spans two floors and offers a spacious 80 m² of living area. On the first floor, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a guest restroom, and access to the sun terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, freezer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker—ideal for a relaxing family vacation.

Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 2 single beds) as well as a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa. The spacious bathroom features a whirlpool tub and shower; a washing machine is also available here.

The vacation rental also includes a carport, bicycles, a grill, patio furniture, and sun loungers. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Please note that a security deposit is required for your stay. This is due along with the final payment, serves as a security deposit, and will, of course, be refunded to you after the property has been returned in good condition.


Please note: Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is not permitted, nor is setting off fireworks at any time. Your utility costs are included in the total price. You may bring your own bed linens and towels or book them for an additional fee. Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere in the house.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our charming vacation home for up to 10 people, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach. The lovingly furnished house is located at the entrance to Karlshagen in a small, family-friendly vacation home community and offers free Wi-Fi.

The vacation home consists of two separate apartments:

Apartment 1 (80 m²): Ideal for up to 6 people, spread over 2 floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a kitchenette, a dining area, and a guest restroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious living area, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 2 single beds), and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower. A couch in the living room can be used as an extra bed. A crib is available free of charge (please bring your own bedding).

Vacation Apartment 2 (40 m²): This ground-floor apartment features a kitchen, living and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and whirlpool tub. A high chair and a crib are also available free of charge here. The couch in the living room can also serve as an additional sleeping area.

Both apartments feature a sunny terrace with patio furniture and a carport parking space. The parking area for Apartment 2 can accommodate two cars parked one behind the other. There is also a bike shed with two simply equipped bicycles in each (condition subject to last use).
