We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend staying at this property. The house was very clean and quiet. The owner was very accessible.

We rented the house for January and February and it was perfect. The owner is so easy to work with and very responsive to any needs or questions you may have. The house is well-equipped and it was a joy waking up to the water-view every morning. The indoor space is open and inviting with plenty of room to watch tv, play games, have family meals, or just hang out. The back patio and yard are private and have all the amenities you need for family fun! It's an easy walk or drive to the beach and lovely downtown Pass-a-Grille. There are also several free shuttle services that take you anywhere up and down St. Pete Beach you would like to go. Highly recommend this property!
