Enjoy the island life from LITTLE PALM! This splendid 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach cottage is directly across the street from the beach, just steps to the boardwalk beach access.
LITTLE PALM has hard wood flooring throughout the home. The living area, dining area, and kitchen share an open floor plan with views of the Gulf. The living area affords comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and gas fire place. The dining table is a distressed wooden table with bench seating. The kitchen is well-appointed with a breakfast bar, light and bright cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances.
Little Palm has three bedrooms, with the master bedroom located just off the living area. This bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV, direct access to the wrap around covered deck, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is located just off the dining area and has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and direct access to the wrap around covered deck. The third bedroom is off the hallway by the kitchen, it has two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The second bathroom is located off the same hallway as the third bedroom is, it features a shower/tub combo.
The exterior of LITTLE PALM is just as impressive as the interior. The beachside covered deck features both rockers and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view and sounds of the Gulf. Just off the deck is a lovely screen porch with additional cozy seating. The private pool area has an extensive pool deck, with plenty of Adirondack chairs, loungers, a concrete table and benches, and a covered area under the house for additional relaxing. The entire back yard is fenced-in, making it a wonderful area for your little ones and dogs to play, feel safe and secure.
AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, DVD player, well-appointed kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, solid surface floors throughout, covered porch with fabulous views of the Gulf, screened porch, under house parking, private pool with extensive pool deck and lounge area, park-style charcoal grill, fish cleaning sink and station, beach access path directly across the street.

This house is well located on Gorrie, across the street from the beach but with great views. It doesn’t matter to us that it isn’t beachfront — access is so close, and we can see the ocean (and hear it ) from the front porch. It is comfortably furnished inside and out. Kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Roxanne and GoSGI do a great job of keeping the house clean, supplied with essentials, and maintenance taken care of promptly. The pool is great and large enough to really swim some strokes. We will be back!!

We are a retired couple who have enjoyed the pleasures of Little Palm for 12 of the last 13 years, skipping only 2021 due to Covid, and plan to return in 2026. The home is ideally configured for small families or couples wanting to host visitors. The main living/dining room has large windows on two sides with beautiful views of the nearby Gulf of Mexico where dolphin sightings are not uncommon. The kitchen was recently remodeled, is well designed, and is stocked with excellent culinary equipment. The owner and facility manager continue to make improvements on a regular basis. During our stays, we have hosted both local and visiting guests for dinners and overnight stays. While we have once entertained up to 10 people for dinner, a smaller number works better with 4 or 6 being ideal. Access to the beach is convenient and the pool area is well configured and nicely landscaped.
