Host was responsive prior to check-in. Property could use work and provided feedback directly to the host. Location was close to family for a holiday visit

Lots of space and great communication with the host. He was very responsive and quick to help us with any questions we had during our stay.

The owner always has a quick response to the issues happened / we encountered in the house.

Unfortunately, my stay at this property was far from ideal. The parking situation was very frustrating, with limited spots on the Sunday I arrived. Once inside, things didn’t improve much. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, making it hard to get any rest. On top of that, the bedsheet had some minor stains, which was pretty off-putting. The worst part? The power was cut off during my stay because the owner apparently forgot to pay the electric bill. This caused me a major inconvenience as I had to get ready for an appointment in the dark and shower with no hot water as the unit has a tankless water heater. I love the area of Dallas where this unit is located as there are so many great things to do within walking distance. However, I wouldn’t recommend this rental unless these issues are addressed.
