3 bedroom house w/pool. Beautiful tree lined street 1 block from Lower Greenville Avenue. Close to downtown, Museums, Art Galleries, SMU, American Airlines center (Dallas Mavericks basketball and Dallas Stars hockey), Cotton Bowl, Fine Dining, Night Clubs, Highland Park, Lakewood, Shopping, Live music, Theatre, Ballet. Just 20 minutes from Texas Rangers baseball, Dallas Cowboys football, Six Flags and Water Park.

Bruce was a great host! He met us a check in and walked us through the property and gave us some fantastic suggestions on local dining options. The house was perfect for our family and within an easy drive to local attractions and family members homes. I would highly recommend staying here!

Having lived in the Dallas area before, I knew lower Greenville is a great location. The house is located on a corner so easy to find and so many dining/bar options within a quick walk. Bruce met us and gave us a tour of the property. Of the amenities we used, everything worked great. Personally, I took the Paris room for the backout blinds. Even though on a corner the house was quiet, and believe we all slept great. Next reunion will be in a different city, but would rent Bruce's place again if I had the need.

The house was a little smaller than what it appeared online and I wasn't able to use the pool which was a total disappointment
