Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Southern Pines is a place for guests to reset and relax. This unique tiny house is set back in a quiet wooded area in Crane Hill, Alabama on Lewis Smith Lake. Perfect for a peaceful couple's get away or any kind of fishermen no matter the season. This house may only be 395 sq ft but provides a serene, fun, and comfortable experience. Cozy front porch and a large firepit for roasting marshmallows. Community boat launch just around the corner.
This tiny house is 395 sq ft with one bedroom (queen size bed) and one full bathroom. The full bath also includes a washer and dryer. A comfortable seating area with a couch (that pulls out into a queen size bed), TV stand (with built in fireplace) and 50 inch TV. Fully operational kitchen. A cozy front porch to enjoy coffee in the morning and an adult beverage in the evening. Large firepit surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs perfect for making smores. A gas grill for BBQing and a large picnic table for outdoor dining. The most convenient part is the community boat launch just around the corner.

Clean, small, but cozy. Pictures did not show surrounding properties as this tiny cabin was NOT on the lake. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the only access to fishing was at the boat ramp. All other shoreline and piers seemed to be privately owned.
The grill was unusable due to filth. The inside was just as pictured and we enjoyed the amenities that were offered inside.
Having to pay a cleaning fee is necessary, but we were required to wash and put away all dishes and take sheets off the bed and take out all of the garbage which we did not mind doing but should not be our responsibility. Our communication with Mr. Flanagan was good.
