About this house rental
Come enjoy an amazing stay at our little homestead. The house is tucked up close to the woods, which provides lots of privacy. We are 13 miles from Old Mans cave, and 7 miles from Rock House. We have WIFI, it may be slow at times. We have an Amazon Fire TV, able to stream sports and tv shows with your own subscriptions. We are 2.5 miles from the little town of Tarlton which has an IGA convenient store with gas, dollar general, and a few restaurants. Laurelville, Ohio is 5.5 miles and they have handful of restaurants, gas, and in the fall the famous Apple House (apple cider slushies is where its at).

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and well stocked. The fire pit was nice to spend time around. The area is beautiful and very peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the quiet location, conveniently located. Property was well equipped. Could use a good cleaning on the carpet and the drapes didn’t quite cover the windows but otherwise we had a great stay and would recommend this location if you’re looking for peace and quiet.

This was a perfect get away! The family was incredibly nice. Our girls are already asking when we can come back as they made some new friends. The house was cozy and nice to come back to after a long day of hiking. We also loved our daily visits from their dog Hank. We will definitely be back!

Nice location for hiking at Hocking Hills. Perfect for our family of 5. We ate in Laurelville as it was on our way back from hiking and had a number of options. Host was very nice.
