About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming 70 m² apartment in Le Lavandou, just 650 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment is a south-facing dual-aspect property with lovely views from every room; it is situated on the 2nd floor (no lift). The living area and bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The accommodation comprises:
- A beautiful, very bright 27 m² living room with a TV, sofa...
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, ...
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: queen-size bed (160×200), air-conditioned (since December 2024)
- A bathroom with shower
- A utility room
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A balcony with an awning to enjoy sunny days.
Parking is available in the residence’s car park 50 metres away, with an automatic gate: there are approximately 20 steps leading up from the car park.
The flat is ideally situated, 300 metres from the centre of Vieux Lavandou. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. There’s also a supermarket 400 metres away.
Activities:
- Water sports (12 beaches + marina with all types of equipment for hire)
- Access to the Maures mountains for numerous hikes, 1 km away
- Coastal paths accessible from the town centre
Transport:
- Nearest station: Hyères station, 21.9 km away (approx. 26 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères Airport, 22.5 km away (approx. 26 minutes by car)

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Free Wi-Fi available
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner

Le Blue Sea Great place, good space and amenities just didn’t have air con in bedroom so can get a little hot with just fans. Learnt we needed to leave living room air con on. Ask for clear instructions on where to meet when checking in as it’s not obvious. Apart from that though great value for money, good location, has everything you would need so would recommend!

Le Blue Sea "Much appreciated stay in a very familiar location for us.
🙂 Location convenient for all essential shopping and transport links. Car parking secure. Spacious layout inside with all equipment for a short or long stay.
🙁 Master bedroom needs a privacy blind as only steel shutters for screening. All other windows have blinds or curtains."
