Motor access to 150 m from the house. Stepped path (25 steps) to the house. Shop, grocery 500 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant, bar 400 m, bakery 500 m, café, internet café 400 m, bicycle rental 800 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Lavandou Gare routière" 500 m, sandy beach 800 m.
