Our flat on the top floor with balcony was beautiful decorated, cosy and perfect for our couples time in zakopane for Christmas. The bathroom with bath jacuzzi jets was a very welcome treat amd spacious area for eating and relaxing was perfect.
The only things we didnt enjoy was our coffee machine had a leak and also a few more additions to the kitchen equipment such as microwave/grill, toaster and larger chopping board would have made the self catering aspect much easier.

Exceptionally friendly, personal attitude of staff members. The place itself was beautiful, traditional but fresh. The view of the mountains was memorable.
Sofa bed was on the hard side.

Breakfast was good.
Our "Deluxe apartman" room was in the basement. It was disappointing, dark, a bit smelly and uncomfortable. You could hear all the neighbours walk, talk and flush the toilet. Wifi did not work properly! Under the bed it was soo much dirt. I don't really recommend, value for money did not feel okay.
