This home's height and placement in the building closest to the water affords breathtaking views of the sunsets, beach, azure gulf waters, sweeping coastline and the Beach Colony Resort pool, the largest on Navarre Beach, as well as views of Navarre Beach's Famous Fishing Pier! Gracious living areas let on to an oversized terrace that beckons you to relax outdoors and enjoy memorable sunsets, gentle gulf breezes and outdoor living at its best on the beach.

We have completed two full years of offering Fair Winds, and are proud to share our five star reviews with you. Going into our second year, we added blackout curtains in both bedrooms two and three, maxed the tv size in the atrium bedroom to fit the cabinet and added a 50" tv in the master bedroom. All the bedrooms have new Sony Blu Ray/DVD players.

Amenities at Fall is great at Navarre Beach, and it’s not too early to reserve for 2027!

Wonderful week in Navarre. The condo was clean and well maintained. The mattresses were excellent! The condo was beautiful and the furniture on the balcony was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the gulf.

Wonderful vacation experience. The location, property conditions and condo are all very nice. We had a great time! The daily beach chairs with umbrella is a fantastic bonus. The balcony is delightfully and spacious with amazing views. Perfect condo layout for everyone to have space and privacy. Well appointed kitchen. Lots of restaurants and activities. We chartered a boat one day, visited a Fort, the turtle conservation, walked the pier and grilled out some. Book it!

We had the absolute best stay at this property! It was clean, beautiful, and fully stocked. The view is absolutely incredible and the included beach chairs and umbrella were such a nice perk. The host was very responsive and had excellent recommendations. Highly recommend and we will be booking again!

This condo checks ALL the boxes. I loved the oversized balcony with table and chairs, loveseat and chair to lounge in. The beautiful sunset can be seen from the balcony as well as the ocean, pier, and bay. The kitchen came fully stocked with about everything you could imagine you would need. Much more stocked than most condos and I even saw a kitchen aid mixer in the cabinet. Seating in the living room was comfortable with two recliners and a nice couch. Behind the seating in the living room is a desk facing the windows with a beautiful view of the ocean so if you had to work while staying here, your office would be a dream! You also get a key to a closet right outside of the condo with all kinds of beach accessories. The utility room was stocked with nice beach towels, corded vacuum, and handheld vacuum. The master suite AND master bath had a beautiful view of the balcony and ocean. There were plenty of plug ins near each side of the bed with nice sized nightstands. Spare bedrooms were nice sized one with its own bathroom and the other with direct access to hall bathroom. This condo literally had anything you would need to make your stay comfortable. I’ve never stayed at a condo that you had access to so much! While there is no ice machine on the property, the refrigerator made ice and there are plenty of ice trays. It also came with beach chairs! This was a very high end and beautiful condo. 5 STARS! I would definitely stay here again!
