Nice property away from the lake but very quiet

Very well placed between the naitonal parks and multiple vineyards. Quiet neighbordhoo. House fully equiped with everything, including a hot tub. Very clean. Only issue is one source of AC in the house, so to be confortable upstairs it gets pretty cold in the basement (one bedroom). Otherwise very good stay.

The Gathering place is wonderful! Very cozy and clean. Everything we needed was readily available. Mayra was quick to respond to questions. We will be coming back for our annual trip to PEC. 10/10 recommend!
