The house is an adorable beach cottage, clean, organized, very relaxing and in a quiet neighborhood. A short drive from Navarre beach.

The cabinets were well organized and labeled. There were enough toilet paper, paper towel, and soap to get us started.
The space felt roomy and comfortable. 2 of the beds were pillow top comfortable, the master bed felt a little too firm for our taste but some may like that.
The checkout procedure was clearly stated and posted in the fridge. The only thing we were unclear on was trash day. We decided to set it out Tuesday night since everyone else in the neighborhood was also. Both bins were extremely full. One was too full with trash and water to budge so we had to leave it. Left a note for the cleaning crew so hopefully that was taken care of.
We were unable to get the fire pit on the back porch started but it was still a nice comfortable place to relax.
The video camera for the front porch was motion detected and repeated “hello, welcome” constantly every time we were loading and the van. That was slightly annoying.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were about 10-12 minutes drive time to the beach and there is a gas station and pizza place close by. The neighborhood was quiet.

The yard need the grass cut and trimmed. The screened in patio had holes in the screens. The fenced in back yard had the fence panels busted and falling down or were already on the ground. Inside of house was clean and nice.
