Large living room with comfortable sofa and love, a beautiful wood dining room table with seating for six. Spacious screen porch with outside dining table which over looks the large family size pool (Heated)
Relax lounging on the pool deck enjoying the afternoon sun with a cold glass of iced tea.
This home sleeps 8 comfortably,.Large King Master Suite has a flat screen tv with adjoining bathroom with glass enclosed shower, double vanity sink. 2-Guest Queen Bedrooms. Guest bathroom has a tub / shower combo with vanity sink. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. All bed linens are provided including beach towels.
Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and a short drive to our beautiful sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
Great fenced back yard to play a game or toss a ball around with the entire family.
Game room located in the double car garage (no parking in garage).
Pool is heated $50 per day charge to heat
$200 Per Dog Fee, 2 dogs permitted,
Must be under 45 lbs

This house was perfect for our family!! We hung out in the pool one day and had a blast. It is in the perfect location. We drove to Destin Beach one day and drove to Pensacola Beach the next day! We fished all around Navarre Beach. My son loves to fish!! This house is beautiful inside and plenty of room to sit all together for 6 people and make wonderful memories!! I would definitely stay here again!!

You gotta love when things work out traveling cross country to an area you have never been before! Our goal to spend time meeting the newest member of our family, our new grandaughter, reconnecting with our son serving in the Air Force and daughter in law while celebrating Independance Day. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we opened the front door of the home, it was as advertised and more. Well appointed with a large very comfortable living/dining area, great kitchen, Master and bedrooms. The pool was an absolute dream in the heat of the summer and the neighborhood was a nice respite from the very busy 4th and summer vaction crowds.Conveniently located near the Navarre Beach bridge access, (awsome beach by the way) and all local shopping. Great experiance, would definitely recomend this property.

We will not return. House was OK - pool was cold - didn't like dealing with owners.
When we booked, the original listing stated “PRIVATE POOL (HEATED)”.
5 months later I checked the listing – text had been changed to “HEATED POOL- $75 PER DAY”.
$75 per day is an excessive unexpected cost per day for a 21 day stay.
When we contacted the owner about the issue they said...
"Sorry for any confusion but there is a $75 per day charge to cover our electricity costs. We understand if you wish to cancel. We will provide you a full refund."
Cancel? Five months later with fewer rentals available? We book EARLY for a reason.
They did not honor our original agreement or even offer to negotiate with us.
How are owners (and VRBO) allowed to change rental terms on the fly AFTER renters are already booked? Does the info on listings means nothing?
