I stayed here for 3.5 months for a work opportunity, and overall the experience was just okay. It’s a great location within walking distance of the square mile but cleanliness was definitely an issue. For starters, when you walk in the stench of mold is so overpowering that it’s hard to get past. I complained about it on my first day along with a few other things but the problem didn’t go away. There was black mold remover under the sink so obviously this had been a problem for others as well. In addition to the mold in the kitchen, the couch was caked in dirt which was disgusting. We ended up having to drape blankets over the parts we wanted to sit on, but generally tried to avoid it altogether. Also the carpet was really gross and the vacuum was dead without a charger.Packages are also an issue. There isn’t a surefire way to receive packages and I had multiple packages get returned to the sender. Aside from the above complaints, the place is pretty nice and the pictures do a good job of portraying how it looks inside. The TV and stereo system was very high quality. It got the job done but I would not recommend this place to close friends unless they were in a pinch.
