About this apartment rental
Come stay the winter in this beautiful, bright and clean apt/home. Over1100 sq ft of bright open living. Plus 180 sq ft enclosed lanai. This is a 1 bedroom apt that features central air, new bathroom, modern kitchen with endless small appliances and a private lanai. Centrally located between Ft Myers and Venice. Spend a day in Venice snorkeling for sharks teeth, and spend the next shell collecting on Sanibel Island.
Peaceful/very safe neighborhood.
This property has two apartments which are attached. I live in the small apartment in the back where my art studio is. You have the front apartment and lanai.
YOU MUST PURCHASE A PROPERTY DAMAGE POLICY. If there is no damage you will receive your $59. back. I have a very expensive, white, down filled sofa.

Very comfortable, clean, relaxing. Bed and linens were fine. Well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed relaxing on the lanai. Gina was very responsive to our questions and needs. Would definitely consider staying here if we return to the area! Would recommend this property!

Perfect place for two of us. Very clean and well kept. Gina’s original art work was nice touch. Communication from Gina was excellent. Received email three days before check as expected including information needed for smooth check in. Would definitely stay again if in area

Beautifully decorated, well appointed and peaceful. So nice to wake up and enjoy your morning and to come home to after a days adventure. A comfy home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay at Gina's place, located conveniently near everywhere we needed/wanted to go. Very comfortable accommodations and beautifully decorated with Gina's original paintings. Added bonus for us was daily visits from her two friendly, adorable and talkative cats. Highly recommend this quiet, cozy place.
