The house is beautifully kept. Very clean. We absolutely loved the screened in patio. We would definitely rent this home again.

There isn’t much we didn’t like. We did have a little concern about someone staying in the attached garage. Only for the simple aspect they might have access to house. But we didn’t have any problems. We actually didn’t even realize they were there.

The inside of the property was alright and clean.

The biggest issue I have is that I didn’t know the owner lived onsite. Like him and a few others lived in the garage. I wasn’t told that when I booked this place at all. I personally don’t like surprises so that didn’t sit well with when I surprisingly found that out. I didn’t feel safe at that point. Cost a couple nights of sleep because I didn’t know if they’d just come strolling in whenever. I did feel like someone came inside our place when we were gone. The outside of the property looked bad. The backyard was overgrown with possibly cornstalks and grass. The roof looked to be in between repairs with blue tarp all over it. Even some of the walls inside the house were in the middle of painting. The A/C unit was located above the washer and dryer and it leaked for the last 3-4 days. I told the owner of the place. He said he would send a technician but no one ever came. That made it tough and unsafe to wash or dry anything.The location was secluded with a quiet neighborhood but super dark at night with little lighting. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re cool with the AirBnB type of set up cause that threw me off. NOTHING IN THE DESCRIPTION TOLD ME THAT THE OWNER LIVED ON THE SAME PROPERTY. Not ok.
