About this house rental
Welcome to Rosie's Beach House, this home is getting an interior facelift in 2027! This is a 2 level stilted home located 1 block from the beach on Seahorse Drive. This home is 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests, 1 bedroom is on the 1st level. There is a common living, dining and kitchen area along with a spacious decks on both levels (all new porches, decking and furniture!) There is also an entertaining space underneath the house with a gas grill, dining area and outdoor shower. This home is less than a 1 minute walk to a playground and the sand and an approximate 3 minute walk to the Recreation Center and NEW indoor/outdoor waterpark (coming late May 2027)... a fantastic location! This home is for the non-smoker and this home is not pet friendly. Guests must be 25 to book and remain present during the entire stay. A complimentary golf cart is also available to be driven by guests 21 years of age and older only! Guests provide paper goods and beach towels, kitchen, bed and bath linens are provided. This home is perfect for the large family or families to share. Come stay at Rosie's!

Highly recommend!! Perfect location to the beach and the recreation center. Amazing outdoor spaces and plenty of room inside. Enjoyed our morning coffee with a view of the ocean! Loved everything about this home!

Home was clean and had everything we needed. The golf cart was a great bonus! The only thing that I would recommend is to have plumbing checked. The showers and sinks drain slow. Even with that it gets a 4-5 star for me.

We recently stayed at this beach house and overall had a good experience. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the layout worked well for our group.That said, one downside was the thermostat rule, guests are not allowed to set it above 72 degrees. This made the upstairs quite uncomfortable, especially during the warmer parts of the day and night. It would’ve been nice to have a little more flexibility with the temperature, as it definitely affected our comfort.All in all, it’s a nice place in a great location, but if you're sensitive to heat or planning to use the upstairs bedrooms, keep the thermostat policy in mind.

Decent house but we had to make our own beds, they just delivered our sheets and towels in a giant bag. Not super fun making 6 beds when you're on vacation. Also the check out process had us stripping all the linens and putting them in a bag by 9am the morning we checked out as well as emptying all the trash cans and all the dishes had to be clean and put away which was difficult with the dishwasher not working well. Also the golf cart had to be clean
