Armory Square is a bustling neighborhood in the heart of downtown Syracuse, renowned for its historical charm blended with modern vibrancy. - Please be sure to return the key fob to the lock box! A $200 fee will be assessed if the key fob is missing
- Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am
- Please be respectful of the neighbors. The courtyard is a shared space, however furniture located immediately outside of each unit is private property. You are welcome to use the chairs located outside the front door of the apartment.
- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.
- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar. We kindly ask that pets not be left unattended for extended periods. Pets that cause noise disturbances or generate neighbor complaints may result in termination of the reservation. Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the separate trash bin area.
- No events, parties or large gatherings.
- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if guests fail to check out on time.
- Minimum age to book is 21.

We were in town for Syracuse University graduation. The condo was great; well appointed and conveniently close to SU. Loved being downtown with easy access to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend for a group of 4.
