Centrally located just minutes from Downtown Syracuse, you’ll have quick access to Destiny USA, Syracuse University, the JMA Wireless Dome, the NYS Fairgrounds, and the Empower Federal Credit Union Amphitheater at Lakeview — making this the perfect home base whether you're visiting for a game, concert, event, or weekend getaway.

Guests have full access to the main floor and second floor, including both balconies with lake and city views.
Basement apartment: The lower level is a separate 1-bedroom unit with its own entrance and private hot tub. This space is rented separately, so please contact me if you’d like more information or want to book both spaces.
Locked doors: Any locked doors in the house are for storage and are not accessible to guests.
Noise note: Please be mindful when booking with young children, as guests in the basement apartment may hear activity from upstairs.

Quiet dead end street close to Tipp Hill
Close to the New York State Fairgrounds which host year round events.
Close to the St. Joseph’s amphitheater and JMA Wireless dome which hosts many concerts

If you’re looking to have late get togethers , this house is not for you.
📍QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10pm-8am
This is STRICTLY enforced. Sound and music travel through the floors.
You will be asked to leave
▪️ Scent Sensitivity: We use a professional scent diffuser with essential oils during cleaning only and mild-scented laundry detergent. We can refrain from using these upon request, but cannot guarantee the home will be entirely scent-free. If you have a severe sensitivity, this may not be the ideal property for you.
▪️Please do not go on the side of the house or the backyard. There may be guests in the separate basement rental.
▪️Jacuzzi tub is sanitized and ran with jacuzzi jet cleaner before each check in
▪️Please do not wear shoes in the house. We provide slippers by the front door
▪️Lawn service comes once a week and never sure of what time.
▪️No large dogs allowed. If your dog barks or chews, they may not be left at home alone. You will be charged if your dog causes damage.
📍Early check in / check out may be available for an extra fee

This house was a great location for our needs. Clean and comfortable. The house was well-equipped, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay while visiting with family and would love to come back again! Check in and out process clear and easy!

This was a perfect location for a concert we attended at the Landmark Theater. Such a beautiful home! We loved all the special touches. The host was great! Definitely would recommend this home!

This is a great place for a couple up to a small family of four to stay. It is clean, well equipped, and in a very good location with a nice view. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook (as we do), as well as an outside gas grill that comes in handy if you like to grill (again as we do). The beds are very comfortable, and bathrooms again were well equipped. Love the big screen TV in the living room. Nice to sit back and enjoy a movie on your preferred streaming service, or the Derby and F1 races as we did. The back patio is perfect for entertaining, grilling or just enjoying the view. Heather was very responsive and provided us with ample information. We will most definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Syracuse area.

Heather was a fabulous host! Her home was perfect for our 2 night stay during SU’s graduation weekend. The home was extremely clean and the kitchen had a terrific set up for our catered dinner on Friday night. If you are looking for a home to stay in the Syracuse area, this is a rental you don’t want to miss!
