The charming, authentic tavernas and sandy shores of Kolymbia are just a 10 minute drive away. Tastefully decorated to a high standard, this detached 3 bedroom villa offer bright and airy interiors, with plenty of space both inside and out. What's more, the villa is positioned midway between the dynamic hotspots of Rhodes Town and Lindos, creating an ideal base from which to explore. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen are included.

The gorgeous sandy Blue Flag Beach of Kolymbia, plus a good selection of local bars and restaurants are just a 10 minute drive away. Culture vultures will love the proximity to the fascinating sites of Lindos and Rhodes Town, both reachable within a 40 minute drive. Locally, you'll have plenty more beaches and traditional Greek villages, waiting to be explored. Our villa Athena Springs is next door, while Apollo Springs, Ermis Springs, Dimitra Springs and Artemis Springs are nearby.

This is a beautiful property, and it is in a fantastic location surrounded by trees. It was great just lying in the pool looking up at the pine trees. The house had everything we needed and the pool etc was great.
You need a car obviously as it’s out in the country but there are good restaurants within a 5-10 min drive and it’s close enough to go to Lindos and Rhodes in around 25-30 Mins.
Communication with George was great, and he sorted out a minor problem that we had very quickly. Cleaners and pool cleaner showed up regularly too.
We loved it here and I’m sure you will too
