Sinani Villa - Garden Oasis with Private Pool

Modern inside the property and looked clean. Comfortable beds and kitchen was equipped. Location is close to the Main Street and shops( 10 minute walk).

Burnt out van sitting abandoned in the garden( not shown in any photos funnily enough ), along with loads of building materials left lying in the garden area , so clearly work is in progress, but this was never mentioned in any descriptions of the property, so an informed decision to book was never made available. Reported the main shower was not working in the Ensuite , along with an issue with blocked drainage( was like standing in a foot of water until it slowly drained away after 20 minutes) on the first day of the holiday, along with an extremely loose and wobbly kitchen tap( you had to hold still in one hand, while using other to turn tap lever), this was acknowledged no problem at all and it was confirmed that someone would come out to fix/rectify the next day, however, no one turned up and the shower issue was the same for the entire holiday. Only 4 clothes hangers provided in total for both bedrooms, not really adequate. There is a substantial gap at the bottom of the front door, which resulted in waking up to numerous bugs, spiders and various other insects the first morning we stayed, so we ended up having to lay a towel down to try and minimise how many bugs were getting inside the villa. No sign or Villa notice to find the Villa, so the taxi driver had real problems locating , easily rectified if something was put on driveway gates. Pool was ok, although paint comes off onto your knees, along with the pump having to be switched off manually underneath, which we had to do everyday after the pool cleaner had been. The most disappointing point from the entire stay, was organising a later checkout and this being agreed even before we arrived and then being told, “sorry”, you now have to leave at 12pm and being notified at 16.30pm the day before, so then having no time to arrange anything else and we had to spend 12hrs waiting around Rhodes with our cases, which totally ruined the last day and the end to the holiday.
