Location was great, lots of places to eat or shop close by.

The only thing for me was the instructions to get in the building, we had a difficult time unlocking the lock box and it seemed a bit long to be on the phone trying to get the right code.

Clean property and good location

While this property was clean and the host initially seemed very accommodating, it didn’t continue on this way. The first 2 days the showers were lukewarm. I assumed this could possibly be due to the hot water demand in the complex. The next day the shower was completely cold. After reaching out to the host, I discovered the water heater in our unit was switched off. The host appeared “surprised” by this and didn’t feel the need to apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the host was also unwilling to negotiate any credit due to this inconvenience and went on to accuse me of threatening him by asking for a fair credit. Sometimes an apology and a fair negotiation can go a long way. As a host, this person should understand this and frankly, doesn’t deserve the business.
