DUO BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Everything was like the pictures you see on booking no cat fishing.

The AC wasn’t working well. It appears to have been functioning correctly, but you don’t feel as fresh as you should.

La atención del personal, fueron muy dispuestos y atentos

La atención especial de Yolanda y María. La comida preparada de manera casera. La comodidad de la habitación y la amplitud de la misma.

La seguridad es buena, en referencia a la automatización. Es importante autorizar únicamente los códigos a partir del día de inicio de la reserva. En mi caso, una huésped reservó equivocadamente para la semana próxima, y llegó una semana anticipada e ingresó con el código que dan tan pronto se paga la reserva. Cuando regresé en la noche, estaba allí en el lobby desubicado y yo, sin saber qué había sucedido. Es decir, los códigos deberían quedar activos únicamente a partir de la fecha de inicio de la reserva, así tanto los que ya están en el hotel, como los que ingresan tienen acceso a sus habitaciones, para mayor seguridad.

The hotel is really cute and the decor is nice.

My rating is low because I saw some appliances not properly installed or functional in my room, such as a the outlets where barely placed on the wall, the lamp didn't work, the fridge wire didn't reach the socket. Small details that can be improved upon. I also found the staff polite and attentive, however, there were guests throwing parties, making noise, doing drugs, and this was detrimental for my stay. It lowers the quality of the hotel, specially a "boutique" hotel. It was not a boutique experience.
