Nøgleudlevering lidt langt væk og svært med bil. Problem er at man først kan parkere efter man har været inde i lejligheden og hente et kort. Et godt råd: Stil bilen ulovligt ved lejligheden og gå hen efter nøglen.

Umístění schránky na klíče cca 1km od bytu není moc šťastné, navíc byl problém s vrácením klíčů.

The whole key sutuation could have been better explained. There are Two key boxes at the key pick up location. So that was confusing because you cannot see the 2 nd key box when people are using the Laverie. Also, getting into the building was tricky and finding the right floor is confusing in France with the whole floor zero thing. Just say it’s apartment 70!

Access diabolical. Like something from a spy novel, walk half a mile away from the flat to find a laundrette where the quaintly named "Key Cafe" nestles at the rear on the left where you can offer the key codes that were revealed in a discreet text, moments earlier. All this stressful activity caps a day of travelling with cases that have to be dragged through the narrow streets of Toulouse, Google maps at the ready. And where is Booking .com in all of this? Tactically unavailable with no Helpline in sight. Meh.. and me a Genius Level 3. Shameful abdication of Duty on their Part.
