Delayed cleaning ataff

The staff was quick and friendly.

On arrival the place was still dirty. It smelled of mould and wet linen. People in the building was noisy

My experience at the hotel : Chamber Avec lit double et sdb price WiFi.

The location of the hotel is very good for transport and shops. One small fridge and oven was there. I think, that hotel is perfect for only a short time staying (like 2/3 hours). The room had a big window so we got fresh air. There was a free WiFi connection that I liked most.

The bed was not in good condition, It was too old like almost broken. There was no soup and towel in the toilet. TV had no WiFi connection, it wasn't a smart TV or Android. There was no reception or someone that you could talk about our hotel problem or complaints about service. There was one fan but that fan ware(cable) was faulty and open but the fan was in working condition. Check out time was not good, it was too early at 10:00 am. It was supposed to be 11:30 am-12:00pm.

J'avais fais ma réservation depuis Au moins une semaine et le jour j je viens pour récupérer la clé ils ont donné la place à une autres personnes après plusieurs messages déjà la personne répond difficilement il Mon changé quand même la chambre mais la chambre n'était pas propre

En tenant compte du rapport qualité prix c’était moyennement confortable

La salle de bain manquait d’équipement : serpillière pour nettoyer, savon, papier toilette…donc difficile de maintenir l’appartement en état propre durant le séjour. Beaucoup de cafards dans l’appartement. Le lit qui est un peu trop bruyant et Impossible de joindre l’établissement pour des demandes de renseignements.

L'emplacement proche du trame way facilite les deplacements.

Le lit enfoncé en son milieux quand on se couche la tête est suspendu d'un côté, les pieds de l'autre côté, le reste du corps enfoncé. On se reveille avec des courbatures. On ne voit personne à qui s'adesser. Pas de contact téléphonique, pas d'adresse mail. Pas d'acceuil. Tout est accomplit , on ne peut rien revendiquer. Les heures d'entrée et de sortie ne sont pas arrangentes.

J'avais mal choisi mon lieu d'acceuil à la ville lumière pour ma première visite en France.

J'ai justement trouvé que autres clients ont été très sympats. Ils m'ont orienté en répondant à mes questions puisqu'il n'y avait aucune reception lors de mon arrivée pour m'acceuillir, voire pour m'orienter.

- Impropre, odeur désagréable - Aucune reception pour m'acceuillir à mon arrivée - Je n'ai pas trouvé de drap sur le lit! Après en avoir finalement informé la dame injoignable au téléphone, elle m'apporte le drap au lendemain après la première nuit.

Mon séjour était calme.

Lit inconfortable et fait des bruits; Pas de couverts ni des verres, pas de gel douche ou savon ni de tapis de bains. Le petit meuble pas de grande utilité, pas de chaise pour s'asseoir, pas de table de chevais donc pour charger mon téléphone, je suis obligé de mettre au sol.

SDB sentant le moisi, voisin bruyant, porte d'accès à l'hôtel ne fermant pas, impossibilité de contacter le gérant autre que par mail (ne répond pas au téléphone quelle que soit l'heure et pas de répondeur).
