You get what you pay for I suppose
The price, comp to the other local hotels
The pillows or cushions were absolutely awful, the bathroom was very smelly (mixed old urine and sewage)

The only thing can be positive is that the "hotel" is located close to the M13 last station, and the area is okay, bright and crowded. The bed was okay.
It was not important for us, but there were 0 channel on the TV. The wi-fi was slow, but it is also somewhat okay. The walls are paper. The worst thing is, there is no private bathroom as it stands in the advertisement. It is shared with the other 9-10 rooms. Both the toilet and the shower. And the Hell part is, there are cockroaches... In the shower and the room also.

I didn’t like that the property didn’t state that they had a shared bathroom, on arrival the hotel didn’t seem clean and the cleaning staff member was quite rude to us

Pas de réception ou d'interlocuteur. Mauvaise odeur égouts/sewage sortant des WC en permanence. Aucun changement de draps. Pas de papier toilette. Chambre 7. Extérieur bruyant meme la nuit passages fréquents de véhicules. Porte d'entrée restant ouvert peu de sécurité

Le quartier est pas mal .. beaucoup de commerces .. et surtout la vie est pas cher
J’ai séjourné pendant 1 mois et demis dans cet hôtel … à prendre seulement quand on a pas le choix !
Le ménage n’est jamais fait .. aucun service !! L’hôtel facture 30 euros de ménage pour chaque semaine .. mais la femme de ménage ne passe jamais !!
