Excellent location, within walking distance from waterfront (White Tower), university campus, Aristotelous Sqr., between main roads (Egantia Str. and Tsimiski Str. with frequent bus service). A private car parking (fee-based) is very close to the appartment. Recently renovated appartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Double-glass windows that leave out street noise and maintain steady temperature.

Second bedroom with no window or balcony door. Second bedroom lacks a wardrobe/clothes closet. Bathroom with no window - extraction fan does not provide effective ventilation.

Πανέμορφος ολοκαίνουργιος χώρος σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία δίπλα σε όλα! Παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις ακόμα και για πολυήμερη διαμονή. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν εξαιρετικά άνετα και ο χώρος άστραφτε από καθαριότητα. Το σημείο που βρίσκεται είναι ιδανικό καθώς όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος είναι σε μικρές αποστάσεις με τα πόδια. Δεν θα μπορούσα να μην αναφέρω την καταπληκτική ομάδα ανθρώπων που δουλεύει για να είναι όλα άψογα για εμάς αφού έτυχε να τους γνωρίσω. Γιώργο, Βασίλη και Κώστα ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα. Συνεχίστε έτσι! πολλά 10 με πολλούς τόνους!!!!

It’s proximity to the centre.

Very small bedrooms and no mirrors in either room. A full length mirror somewhere in the apartment would be good. No wardrobe or shelving in second bedroom. Nowhere to put anything! Door and wall hooks would help. Noisy students in next door apartment mainly at night. We needed to put the heat on as no additional blankets for beds. Wouldn’t recommend apartment for a 4 person stay. Poor kerb appeal.
