The ambience, staff hospitality and the ckeanliness are of top notch.
Eateries and 99 Speedmart is not within reach. Had to drive out a distance.

Very satisfied with the room, swimming pool, and the peaceful beach atmosphere at night. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Highly recommended!
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide clearer information about the karaoke room, as I wasn't sure whether it was free or chargeable. I was informed by the security guard that the fee was RM200. It would also be helpful to include this information, along with breakfast options or nearby breakfast recommendations, in the check-in briefing or welcome message.

The beach not so clean and no dare to swim due to a lot of rubbish at the sea side

Close to the beach
Requested early check-in (2pm) via whatsapp but received no response. I was travelling in hot weather with my elderly father, so lack communication was very disapponting. Even a simple reply would hv been appreciated.
