Overall, a wonderful stay in a comfortable, functional and tastefully furnished apartment.

I had a great stay! The owner provided very detailed and accurate instructions and was always responsive to my messages. I really appreciated the flexibility in accommodating my needs. The apartment itself was nice, spacious, very clean, and equipped with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

I didn’t find any major improvements necessary; the place was comfortable, furnished with very good taste, and met all my expectations.

Nice property in need of an update.

It's very conveniently located in the centre of town with a bakery, butchers and shop very close by. The property is easily accessible and spacious.

At first glance it looks nice but there were a lot of little things that made the place look tired and not as well looked after. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. There was a strange door with no handle and in need of some painting. Bits missing from the kitchen counter. The couch was so dirty we didn't want to sit on it. Seems like something was spilled on it but only badly cleaned up.

A wonderful stay in a really lovely house - highest recommendation.

If I could score more than 10, I would! Gaelle is a an extremely warm, welcoming and considerate host. There was no detail that had been overlooked, and the house itself far exceeded my expectations. It is very well appointed and spacious with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and a fabulous bathroom as well. There are plenty of nice places to eat and drink nearby within a few minutes’ walk of the house. My only regret is that we only stayed for one night. I will definitely return and Libin is a pretty good base for exploring the Ardennes.

No fan and it was extremely hot. Global warming is real and people should consider keeping a fan or an AC.

A very spacious, comfortable and well presented apartment over 3 floors.

The property was just right for us on trip back to UK through Belgium and meeting friends. An excellent breakfast was provided.

Goed verblijf voor kortverblijf

Ligging is centraal in het dorp met beenhouwer, bakker, apotheek, frituur,... allemaal vlakbij. Voor de deur wel beperkte parkeerduur van 30 minuten, maar in de buurt plaats genoeg

De centrale ligging is meteen ook het belangrijkste nadeel. Ligging langs de hoofdbaan door het dorp waardoor het verkeerslawaai nogal binnen komt, en ook slaapkamers liggen langs straatkant. Ook verlichtingspaal voor de deur, dus donker wordt het niet echt. Bij ons was het nog niet super koud, maar je kan blijkbaar de verwarming niet zelf regelen. Sprong wel op, maar zagen enkel een verwarming staan in de living en niet in bijvoorbeeld badkamer. Geen idee of dat in de winter voldoende warm is.

La maison est fonctionnelle, c’est agréable, chaleureux et propre . La décoration est magnifique. J’adore les tableaux.

Point à améliorer : voir s’il y a possibilité d’un accès pour les chiens dans l’herbe.

Zeer mooi en ruim huis, met alle voorzieningen die je maar kan wensen.

Klein detail: pas op de avond van aankomst kwamen we erachter dat de ontbijtservice niet werkte. Maar we hebben zeker geen honger geleden!-)

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad, oook mede dankzij het prachtige weer. Mooie wandelingen in de buurt gemaakt.

Een super luxe huis met alles er op en er aan. Elke dag een vers ontbijt met genoeg keuze. We konden er zelfs van lunchen. Communicatie met Gaelle verliep vlekkenloos, dank hiervoor!!

Kan helemaal niets verzinnen. Misschien alleen dat het aan een drukke doorgaande weg ligt en als je wilt uitslapen, niet met open raam kan slapen. Dus gewoon raam dicht en heerijk geslapen

Het ontbijt zelf werd aan huis gebracht en was perfect enkel veel te vroeg . Dit was blijkbaar een momentopname en zou nu aangepast zijn.

Geweldig!

Het huis de locatie helemaal top. We waren op doorreis terug vanuit Spanje naar Nederland. Hebben helaas maar 1 dagje kunnen genieten. We komen zeker in de toekomst nog een paar dagen terug.
