Location, views of the beach, cleanliness were great!
No elevator for hauls to 3rd floor. Also, how one can easily hit their head on the spiral staircase if you walk too close. I would put protective foam or pool noodle as a bumper.

I liked the code for doors it made it very easy to get In and out. The pool was great. The size and location of the room was awesome.
The remote had something sticky all over it and the two lamps and outlets didn't work in the main room.

Location and parking. Nice pools
Our AC stopped working and paying for parking was a hassle
