EPIC Disney 10Min Retreat, 8BR Resort Villa and Arcade

The house was just like the pictures. The host didn't miss a beat from information as well as any issues that came up which were very minor. The kids loved having their own gameroom & pool on demand 🤣😂.

House was a tad bit warmer(mostly upstairs area)that what we're use to, however the host was prepared for that as well because fans were provided.

My family lived the property there were a few things we didn’t like but overall it was a great stay

The internet service was poor we weren’t able to watch and the kids couldn’t play the game because we couldn’t connect to internet

The temperature upstairs was a little warm. Not unbearable but warm.

The location was ideal. The pool was great once it was heated. The game room was great.

There were no bath towels in any bathroom, hand and dish towels in the kitchen. I informed the property manager of the issue and it took almost 5 hours before the situation was addressed. This was a huge issue because check-in was at 4 o’clock, and my grandchildren were ready to get a bath and prepare for bed , but unable to do so. The towels that were brought were new from Walmart and had not been washed prior to bringing them to the property. Too, there were only three large trash bags for garbage and one small dish dishwashing liquid for the sink area. The stay was during Thanksgiving when items were needed to prepare for Thanksgiving meal, because of the minimum number of supplies provided we had to go to the grocery store to re-supply the VRBO. The movie room projector was unable to use since the bulb had to be replaced. The screen clearly indicated the bulb needed replacement. The pool was not heated when we arrived at 4pm. The property manager said he’d just turned on the heater and it would take a few hours to warm it. There are only 8 flatware settings provided and no kitchen scissors.
