El apartamento estaba espectacular.

El hall del edificio es tétrico pero cuando llegas al apartamento está todo a nuevo y súper completo.

Mirko varış öncesi içeri girmemiz için gereken tüm bilgileri fotoğraflarıyla birlikte anlatan açıklayıcı bir mail gönderdi. Gönderdiği Vicky uygulamasını kullanarak hiç zorlanmadan kendi evimize girer gibi daireye girdik. Rezervasyon kahvaltılı olmamasına rağmen nazik ev sahibi Mirko bize bir hoşgeldin sepeti ve içinde hediye olarak kruvasanlar, kekler ve çeşitli atıştırmalıklar ve yanında da şarap bırakmıştı. Mutfak dolabında filtre kahve, kapsül kahve ve kremaya kadar, zeytinyağı, balzamik sirke, çay, tuz, baharatlar, tava, tencere, tabak, bardak v.s. bir mutfakta yemek yapmak için gereken temel şeylerin hepsi vardı. Kaldığımız sürede oda temizliği olmadı ancak temizlik için tüm malzemeler, çamaşır makinesi, bulaşık makinesi ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey fazlasıyla vardı. Daire tarihi merkezin tam kalbinde ve her yere yürüme mesafesinde ve güvenli ve sakin bir mahalledeydi. 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde cafeler, yemek yenecek yerler vardı. Yoruldukça dinlenmek için daireye dönüp, tekrar dışarı çıkabildik. Mirko tüm sorularımıza en geç 5, 10 dakika içerisinde dönüş yaptı ve çok ilgili bir ev sahibiydi. Roma'ya tekrar gelirsek aynı yerde kalmak isteriz.

Mutfakta bulaşık yıkayınca veya bulaşık makinesini çalıştırınca banyodaki Bide'de bir miktar kirli su taşması oluyordu, bina tesisatının eski olmasından kaynaklandığını düşünüyorum

Our stay was truly wonderful. The location is excellent — just around the corner you can already see Ponte Sant’Angelo and Castel Sant’Angelo, which makes it feel very special. The apartment is situated in the lively and charming Piazza Navona area, full of atmosphere, beautiful streets, and great places to explore. The apartment is very spacious, with an interesting layout. The additional sleeping area on the upper level creates a cozy mezzanine effect, almost like a small balcony, adding a unique charm to the space. We were also pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful welcome from the host — a very good bottle of wine and delicious biscuits were waiting for us. Such a warm and personal touch! The host was very friendly, easy to reach, and responded quickly to messages, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment had everything essential for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a small kitchen with a stovetop for preparing simple meals, a microwave, a kettle, a capsule coffee machine (with capsules provided for a couple of days), and a toaster. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Rome — highly recommended!

The bathroom is quite compact due to the building being historic, which may feel tight for larger guests. It is simply something to be aware of rather than a real downside.

Lo bueno del apartamento es que está cerca de Navona y del Vaticano.

La app de entrada al portal falló y tuvimos la suerte de que salió alguien. Si no no sé cuándo ni cómo hubiéramos accedido. La puerta del apartamento nos pareció 0 segura. El apartamento en sí pues no está mal. Echamos en falta televisión en español, por ejemplo. El baño es muy angosto y las escaleras son pocas pero el portal tiene mantenimiento 0 en general. Una pena.
