The property is beautifully furnished and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. It was very clean. The parking is very convenient. It’s about a 9-10min drive or a 25min walk to old Quebec and also has a very convenient bus service.

Location of property. Ease of access from main roads. Fantastic views from sitting room. Ease of parking. Good neighborhood for shops, cafes, and restaurants. Very well equipped and comfortable apartment. Public EV charger opposite garage door for those who may need it. I could go on!

This was a lovely condo with plenty of kitchen tools, bathroom essentials, and well decorated rooms. The moment we opened the door we felt immediately at home. I didn’t want to leave at the end. Hosts were responsive and friendly.
