It's a wonderful standalone space on a beautiful lovely farm - with cows, sheep, farms and hills surrounding you. There's easy free parking, and you're only 15 minutes from Falkland - also filled with history, hikes and beauty. I was there to attend a friend's wedding at Balbirnie House and it is less than 15 minutes away. It may not offer top luxury, but that's not the point it definitely offers clean modern comfort and convenience - including a nice sower bathroom, small bedroom and living area with kitchen conveniences so you can also save on restaurants. Anne is lovely but also gives guests space. She and her team also recently opened a wonderful little breakfast and lunch restaurant right on the property. I loved it and ate breakfast there virtually every day. Thank you for the hospitality, Anne!
