Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut, praktisch vor der Haustür. Genauso wie ein Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, es gibt 2 große Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Die Küche ist sehr schön und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der kleine Erker vor dem einen Schlafzimmer lädt zum lesen und entspannen ein. Die Vermieter scheinen sehr freundlich zu sein und haben sich mehrmals über booking.com nach dem Rechten erkundigt.
Der schmuddlige Innenhof mit dem Sperrmüll der Mieter und die mangelnde Sauberkeit des Treppenhauses wurden hier schon öfters bemängelt. Bei genauerem Hinsehen fällt zudem Schimmel in der Duschkabine und am Fenstergummi in der Küche unangenehm auf. Das Badezimmer liegt zum Innenhof und hat keinen Sichtschutz, sodass man von außen beim Duschen beobachtet werden könnte. Eine neue Kehrgarnitur wäre schön.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, wir waren mit vier Erwachsene und zwei Kindern dort. Es gab keine Möglichkeit am Haus und der Bus direkt vor der Tür, so dass man schnell in der Altstadt war. Es wurde an alles gedacht.
